Shipping policy
DELIVERY
All orders are delivered door to door by NZ Post, Monday to Friday. Customers located within the North Island can expect your items to be couriered within 3-5 working days. South Island customers can expect delivery within 5-7 working days of order placement.
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Squirrel Tree NZ to be authorized to receive the goods. Once the goods are delivered to you, or an authorised representative, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they become lost or damaged. Shipping costs are shown during checkout process.
If you live in the Warkworth or Mangawhai area, and would prefer a meet up option (free of charge) instead of the usual shipping option, please email: hello@squirreltree.co.nz.
RURAL DELIVERY CUSTOMERS
Please Note: Customers on the rural delivery register will need to allow another 1-2 days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Currently we are only shipping to NZ addresses. However, please send us an email to enquire about shipping internationally as this may be possible on a case by case basis.
RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see our Refund policy for more information. For any goods found to be faulty we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If your order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be given through Shopify. Please note this can take up to 10 business days to complete.
